CAPE OF GOOD HOPE 1863-64 De La Rue Issue Covers 1865 (16 May) entire letter from Paarl to Cape Town, bearing 1d. brownish red with good to large margins and neatly cancelled and tied by a single strike of the triangular obliterator, showing arrival c.d.s. (17.5) at lower left corner and despatch oval d.s. in red on reverse; an attractive example of the reduced 1d. rate from outside the Cape Town municipal boundaries, effective 28 November 1864.
