NORTH BORNEO 1885 (26 Dec.) envelope from Sandakan to Singapore and redirected to Sarawak, bearing 1883 perf. 12 3c. red-brown strip of four each cancelled with oval of fourteen bars and with Sandakan c.d.s. in red below, faint Singapore 1886 c.d.s. on reverse; the envelope with some foxing which affects the perfs. of the strip in places.
