PERAK The Dr. Cheah Way Mun Collection 1886 "One/ "cent/perak" Italic Surcharge 1c. on 2c. pale rose, a complete sheet less a block of twelve (3x4) from the top right corner, unused large part original gum; some with adhesive tape stains along with stain down the interpanneau margins, some light creases and a few with small thins, nevertheless a most remarkable multiple.
