STRAITS SETTLEMENTS 1880 (Apr.) "10" on 30c. Claret Two mint blocks of twelve (6x2) from the same pane, the first with sheet margin at right being the first and second rows of the setting [1-12] comprising types "b" (11) and "c", the second block from the lower right corner of the right hand pane being the last two rows of the setting comprising types "a" (6), "g" (3), "i", "k" and "l"; both blocks with the left hand margin guillotined prior to the surcharging to give constant register.
