VIRGIN ISLANDS 1887-89 Crown CA Issue Covers 1890 (21 May) OHMS envelope (222x95mm.) registered to St. Thomas, bearing 1/- brown cancelled with Tortola c.d.s. and showing "R" in oval h.s. and a further strike of the c.d.s., arrival c.d.s. on reverse; the envelope with central vertical fold and a little soiling though a scarce stamp used alone.
