VIRGIN ISLANDS 1887-89 Crown CA Issue Covers 1889 (20 Nov.) OHMS envelope (222x95mm.) registered to Jersey, bearing 4d. chestnut, 6d. violet and 1/- brown each cancelled "A91" and showing "R" in oval h.s., Tortola c.d.s. and London Registered oval d.s. in red (additionally tying the 4d.), arrival c.d.s. on reverse; the envelope with some faults including central vertical fold/spilt and paper clip stain, nevertheless an attractive three-colour franking to an unusual destination.
