Great Britain 1838 (19 Feb.) entire letter with printed Valentine poem inside with embossed border and coloured ´beehive´ or ´concertina´ pull-up in the centre concealing a little depiction of cupid in a boat with the legend “To her I Love sincerely”, addressed to Chester-le-Street, the reverse with London dispatch c.d.s.; address panel with soiling and some strengthened splits, the interior with two creases though barely detracting from this beautiful and very rare Valentine.
