Great Britain 1814 (9 Sep.) entire letter (originally containing a lease) from Liskeard to Padstow, without postal markings and obviously delivered privately as the manuscript instruction on the address panel confirms "You must Charge the parties with the postage of the letter here 2s." and which appears to be in contravention of the law governing the carriage and delivery of mail; creases and strengthened perimeter splits, otherwise fine.
