ITALIAN; SCHOOL or FOLLOWER of FILARETE (?), 15TH Century.
Moses and the Brazen Serpent (?). Rectangular plaquette (pyramidal top). Bronze, 35 x 80mm. Man dressed in a tunic clasping a snake in his raised hand, small poplar tree-like pole at right. Apparently unpublished. Traces of silver solder marks on back. A Very Fine old cast.
