1969 Collier Trophy Award. Letter from President Richard Nixon to the NAA. One page, typed on White House letterhead, April 30, 1970. Nixon says "The unanimous selection" by the NAA to present the 1969 Collier Trophy to the Astronauts of Apollo 11 "is especially fitting and significant." Nixon extends his "warm congratulations" to the guest of honor and members and friends of the Association, and signs in black below. Very Fine.
