Burmese Silver Repoussé Tea Pot. Early 20th Century. 7" high. 2 lbs 14.2 oz. Ornately cast, chased and engraved with high-relief figures from the Jataka. Sacred duck -- hin-tha (hamsa) spout, figural handle, lid capped by the Chinthe - Burmese lion. Stamped "95/SILVER BURMA" on bottom. Handsome.
