Balance of English Authors Autographs Collection - including letters, clipped signatures, and photographs, featuring many leading literary figures of the Victorian era and early twentieth century, noting in particular P.G. Wodehouse, Anthony Trollope, Robert Louis Stevenson, George Bernard Shaw, Dorothy Sayers, John Ruskin, C.S. Lewis, Lord Lytton, Charles Kingsley, Henry James, Daphne du Maurier, Wilkie Collins, John Galsworthy, C.S. Forester, Aldous Huxley, many also including envelopes in which the autographs or letters were sent, as well as being accompanied by other related photos and ephemera. Over 160 signed items from more than 130 British authors. A wonderful collection for the literary enthusiast, one that would take much effort to duplicate.
