Balance of American Authors Collection - including letters clipped signatures, and signed photographs, as well as associated ephemera, featuring prominent nineteenth and twentieth century American literary luminaries, including Isaac Asimov, Horatio Alger, Thornton Burgess, Pearl Buck, Gene Foweler, Zane Grey, Fannie Hurst, Eugene O'Neill, Dorothy Parker, Upton Sinclair, John Steinbeck, Herman Wouk, and many others. Over two hundred seventy signed items in all, from more than 220 different novelists, poets, and playwrights. Accompanying photos show only a small sample of what is included; a tremendous group that took years of dedicated searching to acquire.
