Russian Émigré Art. Watercolor of Prince Kaplanoff. Signed Efremoff 1935. 11 ¼ x 11 ½". Apparently Prince Irbian-Khan Kaplanoff, who served in the Nizhegorodsky Dragoons, and later worked for Georgian Prince Matchabelli, émigré and noted perfumier. Simple board with red side binding, taped back split. Watercolor is Fine, with artist's study of a horse partially finished on verso.
