Document Signed "Tho McKean" as Governor of Pennsylvania. 21 x 12" partially printed grant of "a certain tract of land called 'Chisden'" in Tioga County, July 10, 1806. McKean signs upper left above embossed paper State seal. Ornate Commonwealth of Pennsylvania heading above, State Arms indented at left. Small burn mark left center edge, otherwise Very Fine.
