Co-founder of the Walt Disney Co., older brother of Walt; after Walt died in 1966, postponed his retirement to oversee the construction of Disney World; the company's first CEO and later President of Walt Disney Productions. Typed Letter Signed "Roy O Disney" as President. One page on Walt Disney Productions letterhead, Burbank, Ca June 11, 1958. Disney discusses the granting of a license to Sascha Film of Vienna to distribute "Fantasia" within Austria; and of the contractual particulars. Disney signs boldly below; Dr. Schwenk and A.
