Great Britain. 1907 Pattern Gymnasia Practice Sword. By Wilkinson, Pall Mall, London, March 1908. Diamond pattern-checkered grip with screwdriver slot, half basket guard, 34" blade with folded button tip. Maker's mark, date and other marks at ricasso; dated again on inside of basket. Issued to cavalry troops to train them in swordsmanship. Light rust to basket. Very Fine.
