Great Britain. 1907 Pattern Gymnasia Practice Sword. By Mole, Birmingham, November 1910. Diamond pattern-checkered grip with screwdriver slot, half basket guard, 34 1/8" blade with folded button tip. Maker's mark, date and other marks at ricasso. Issued to cavalry troops to train them in swordsmanship. Some rust to basket. Very Fine.
