Great Britain. 1885 Pattern Cavalry Trooper's Sword. Manufactured date (18)91. Blackened Steel bowl guard with Maltese Cross cut out, leather grip. Single fullered, 34 ¼" blade, WD (War Dept.), YC and MX marks and others at ricasso, blackened scabbard with set ring mounts either side. Guard and scabbard pitted.
