Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, 1776 Continental Congress Uncut Sheet of Four United States Lottery Tickets, Class the Fourth. No. 68m789-90. November 18, 1776. "...agreeable to a Resolution of Congress..." for the purpose of raising fund for the payment of debt and expenses related to the Revolutionary War. Ornate indent at left. The text is boldly printed and the signatures of "J. Bullock" are well-executed. The individual notes grade EF-AU or so, but the top three have areas of ink erosin in the serial numbers.
