Hoover, Herbert. 1874-1964. 31st President of the United States. Served as President during the Great Depression. He was an engineer and businessman who became a staunch conservative, supporting efficiency and standardization in international trade. The lot consists of a clipped signature from the bottom of a letter, and a card in his hand that says "The good wishes of Herbert Hoover." Included is a colored image suitable for framing, and a small plaque. Also included is a signed presidential photograph of Gerald Ford, and an 8 1/2" by 11" sheet of paper bearing a Gerald R. Ford signature.
