Engraved to: Thomas Flynn, Jr. Begun by R.T. Crane as the R.T. Crane Brass and Bell Foundry in Chicago, 1855, Crane Co. grew to be a major industrial manufacturer. It began issuing these medals in 1915 for 25 years of service, which would be indicated on a bar suspended above (30 and 35 years bars would be suspended above that) on a hanger and ribbon).
