Suspension for 6 months of Antonio di Giuseppe Cassata's rank of Captain - Medical Corps for disciplinary reasons. The king signs upper right verso, Mussolini lower right verso. Very Fine. Accompanied by East European periodical photo reproduction of Mussolini's son Bruno as a youngster in uniform, Cyrillic caption. (2)
