Cambodia. Kingdom of Cambodia. Banque Nationale du Cambodge. 1 Riel. No date (1970). Like P-4c. Grayish-green with multicolored underprint. Boats docked at Phnom Pehn. Royal Palace throne room on back. There are no markings to indicate this is a Specimen, but there are no serial numbers or series numbers. There are printed signatures like those on P-4c. Is it a Specimen, or a remainder note that the bank note company retained for the purpose of creating specimens? Pick uses both terms for notes such as these. Almost Uncirculated. A light paper clip impression is visible, but not distracting.
