Crowned monogram of Empress Maria Feodorovna, light blue enamel ribbon forming oval around, "1899" on tie below. On the ribbon is the inscription: ΠOΠEЧИTEЛЬCTBO ИMΠ. MAPIИ ФEOДOPOBHЫ OΓЛУXOHЂMЬIXЪ. Maker's mark "EAA" and kokoshnik '84' on back. Very rare. Bottom of pin missing. Otherwise Good Extremely Fine.
