Central crowned Milan IV monogram on red, motto on blue ribbon around, set on white enamel cross, gilt diagonal cross behind, green enamel wreath around. Mantled gilt Arms on red on back. Red and white enamel crown suspender. On neck ribbon. Small dark area on front blue enamel ribbon. Otherwise Attractive and Choice Extremely Fine.
