Central crowned Milan IV monogram against red, motto on blue ribbon around, white enamel cross with diagonal cross behind, green enamel wreath around. Crowned and mantled gilt Arms against red on back of Cross. G.A SCHEID, A, A, and WIEN stamps on Breast Star pin. Trivial enamel bruise back of Cross, some enamel repair (fill-in) on blue motto ribbon. In Popovich, Beograd case of issue.
