1870 Standard Silver Ten Cents, Judd-867, Pollock-963, High R.6, NGC PF66. Liberty Head wears a coronet and star. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA arcs across the top, with IN GOD WE TRUST on scroll below. The reverse features 10 / CENTS inside a small oak and laurel wreath. STANDARD SILVER, in large letters, arcs across the top half of the reverse. The date is on the bottom. Struck in silver with a reeded edge. Deep blue and lavender toning throughout. PCGS reports only one finer example, a Proof 67.
