1850 One Cent, Judd-119 Original, Pollock-134, Low R.6, PCGS PR64. The obverse with CENT at the top, the date at the bottom, two rosettes at the sides, and a hole in the center. The reverse with the inscriptions USA and ONE TENTH SILVER near the edges. Struck in billon (10% silver, 90% copper) with a plain edge. The reverse has the characteristic die cracks, as do most representatives of this scarce pattern. Richly toned with lovely olive-gray and slate-gray surfaces.
