Cahoon of New Jersey for "One Black Horse, fifteen hands high four years old", valued at "Seventy Pounds State Money". Signed "John Thompson W.M. Bucks County" below. Annotations in lower margin. On verso, there is a note indicating that payment was made with interest on July 3, 1784. Signed by John Nicholson, Comptroller General's Office.
