1794 Head of 1794 Large Cent. S-30. NGC AU58. The S-30 die variety is confirmed by the doubling on the lowest curl in Liberty's hair on the obverse, as well as the righthand ribbon extending far below '1/100' nearly touching the rim on the reverse. There is some striking weakness on the hair above Liberty's ear as is typical with this issue. Chocolate brown patina with few marks and abrasions. Scarce and popular among collectors.
