CSA. T-2. $500. 1861. Cr.2, PF-1. No.22. A. Green. "The Crossing" by Smillie. Appearance of Very Fine. Very attractive, with full margins and vivid green color. A careful examination of this note reveals two small restored punch holes, and some other minor repairs, but the overall look is quite appealing.

This example appeared in two previous numismatic auctions; Barney Bluestone 1935, and Federal Coin Exchange 1957. In both cases, the note was described as Fine, POC. The current example will fit well into any decent collection of CSA paper money. Bid accordingly.
