German States - Rhine Confederation. 1809-CB 1 Thaler, Carl von Dahlberg. NGC MS63. KM-C7. One-year type. Boldly detailed in the centers with sharp detail on the obverse portrait and the reverse shield. While not indistinguishable, slight softness is observed near portions of the legends with planchet striations visible on both sides. A soft, lustrous sheen and a thin veil of coloration is present on both sides and confirms originality. Ex: Grundy Collection.
