German States - Rhine Confederation. 1809-B 1/2 Thaler, Carl von Dahlberg. NGC MS62. KM-C5. One-year type. Lightly patinated with subtle reflectivity in the fields and some incompleteness in the central definition. Much scarcer than the equivalent thaler-denominated issue, but accompanied by a SCWC value of less than half the thaler at the Uncirculated level. Seemingly excellent investment value at the price.
