An Officer's Uniform of the 91st Punjabis.
A post-1902 Full Dress tunic of Rifles style, in drab cloth with cherry-coloured facings (unique to the 91st Punjabis), edged and trimmed with drab mohair braid and square cord forming five loops each side in front, plaited drab chain-gimp shoulder-cords bearing Colonel's badges of rank in silver embroidery, tailor's label inscribed in ink Lt Col CW Jacob 3/05

Colonel CW Jacob appears in the 1914 Army List as GS01 of the 7th (Meerut) Division with effect from September 1912. There is no reference to his former regiment.
