An Eagle beneath a crown, all in gold embroidery, on green cloth; two Belgian military pilot's small gilt buttons bearing Crown above the cypher of King Albert, superimposed on a pair of wings; and a US Aviator's single silver collar-badge of wings and a beacon superimposed on crossed flags, the reverse stamped STERLING and originally with pin-fitting (now missing) (4)
