Dickens, Charles Master English novelist (1812-70). Cabinet card Photograph of the author by Gurney & Son of New York, no doubt during his second trip to the US, in 1867. A choice full-length pose of the novelist standing at a desk with a book in his hands. Identified in pen at bottom of mount, with owner´s pen note on verso. Some dustiness, otherwise in very good condition. Estimate US$ 200-300
