Russell Benedict, Justice of the Supreme Court of New York" 479 lots, with prices realized entered neatly in pencil. The sale was conducted by Thomas E. Kirby and Hiram H. Parke. With many illustrations, this would be a splendid reference book for the serious collector of this early constitutional material.
