1952 Studio photograph of Queen Elizabeth II by Dorothy Wilding (photographed 15 April 1952) hand signed on the mount "Elizabeth R 1952" with the companion photograph by Baron of the Duke of Edinburgh signed "Philip 1953"on the mount. An iconic pair of official photographs taken soon after the Queen ascended the throne in February 1952. The Queen, wearing the Garter Star, is photographed wearing the George IV diadem and the Nizam of Hyderabad diamond necklace presented to her as a wedding present in 1947 (25x32cm)
