1978 Autograph letter signed "Margaret" on Kensington Palace notepaper, written to Vera Russell, an acclaimed artist and wife of the art critic, John Russell, discussing her divorce from Lord Snowdon.
"Thank you for your very comforting letter when I am low from many things and illness in particular. The divorce was expected depuis longtemps so that's the least of our worries. I am in the country trying to get strong. With love and thanks, from Margaret"
