Captain Adam Eyre
1659 (1 June) letter signed, issued by Sir Thomas Andrewes and Sir John Dethick [?] "Knights and Aldermen of London Trustees for Sale of Ye Honours &c. of ye late King &c. and of four forrests or Chaces [?]" ordering the payment to Adam Eyre the sum of £200 "one of ye Commissioners for Surveying ye Forrest of Sherwood in the County of Nottingham and Derby".

Signed Ad: Eyre" and witnessed by Ellinor Rchardson and Jonas Hardy. Fine and a rare signature.
