A QV mint and used selection, including 1840 1d. Mulready to Ireland, 2d. Mulready unused, 1847-54 6d. and 10d. embossed both cut square and used, a small group of used surface printed (mixed condition), including 1863-64 3d. and 6d both showing variety watermark inverted, also 1867-83 £5 orange used with neat West Central District c.d.s. but with faults including perforations trimmed at left and partially on other sides, 1884 £1 brown-lilac used with very neat East India Company c.d.s. but with two creases, 1887 Jubilee set mint (2), with ½d. vermillion corner marginal showing strong offsetting on reverse and ½d. vermillion mint block of sixty, also 9d. dull purple corner marginal block of four, hinged in the margin only. Mixed condition in places
