1860s-1950s a collection of Railway and Parcel stamps with Railway Letter Dumbarton & Balloch 1914 (c.) 2d. light green, transfer III in a complete sheet of twelve, with full original gum, 1920 4d. bluish green in a complete sheet of twelve, large part original gum; Great North of Scotland 1920 3d. light green in a complete sheet of twelve, fine mint; 1861 (22 June) stampless envelope with enclosure from Mauchline to Glasgow "Deliver Immediately" and "Per Rail ...". The letter is to his brother giving details of their father's death; City of Glasgow Union 1898 2d. olive-green, the reprinted stamp; two complete sheets of twelve and a corner single; large part original gum; Dundee and Arbroath mint stamps on pages with 1891 2d. green (3) plus a complete sheet of twelve, 2d. scarlet including complete sheets of twelve of rough perfs. and clean-cut perfs., 3d. pale carmine (2) and 4d. pale carmine (2); Portpatrick & Wigtonshire Joint with printing 3 (10) in a partial sheet reconstruction, printing 4 with a block of six, and later values to 1920 3d. and 4d.; also North British 1893 (19 Sept.) Penny Pink envelope to Stirling bearing 2d. green. Parcel stamps with Caledonian collection on leaves which includes 1860's Newspaper Parcel 5lbs. black on yellow "4787", 5lbs. black on green "5221" both unused, overprint "C.R." only 5lbs. on green "7314" and on blue "5138" unused; "north" overprint with ½d. to 6d. set of six; "south" 1d. to 6d. set of five and "C.R." only ½d. to 6d. set of six; 1869 One Newspaper on blue (2), 1875 One Newspaper on pale blue (2) having additional albino numbers; a good range of "Scotland to England" issue with values to 6d. (11) including blocks of four of 4d., 5d. and 6d.; also Shop Parcel Label complete unused, 2d. News Label way-bill from Glasgow complete; Highland Joint collection on pages with Dingwall and Skye 1874 set (less 6d.) plus 4d. and 1½d. on reddish paper, some low numbers with 2¼d. "07", 4d. "00" and "01", 8½d. "03"; Highland and Sutherland set of six; Highland, Sutherland and Duke of Sutherland set of six; Highland, Sutherland, Duke of Sutherland, and Sutherland and Caithness ½d., 2d., 3¾d. and 1/-; plus Steamer to Stromness ½d. (3) and 3d. (2), all are unused, some with gum; Special Contract Stamps selection with "scotsman parcel" on shades of pale yellow (6) and rose; "courant parcel in black on white (3) and on rose (2); Central S.M.T. Co with parcels to 2/- and newspapers to 1/-, Dundee Corporation values to 1/6d., Highland Omnibus newspaper values to 1/-; extensive and duplicated David MacBryne with Parcel Labels to 3/3d. (2), Parcel Stamp with values to 6/2d. (2), Milk Labels, Newspaper Parcel with values to 4/6d. (3), Edinburgh Eastern Scottish values to 3/-, Scottish Omnibus values to 1/6d., Western Scotland Motor Traction with 1950's values to 1/- unused and used
