1841-47, a selection with four 1841 envelopes uprated by 1d. red-brown: (16 July) size F envelope from Bewdley to London with Plate 11, GD, (11 Sep.) addressed to Holborn uprated with plate 1b, state 3, TH tied by black Maltese Cross with R.P.S. Certificate (2022), (20 Sept.) used locally in London with Plate 1b, OD, and (7 Dec.) size F envelope from Beverley to London with 1d. Plate 14; also 1847 (15 July) size B envelope to Edinburgh cancelled by "717" numeral and uprated with a fine strike of the Uniform Penny Post "slough/paid/1" in circle struck in red, London Paid tombstone alongside. A fine and scarce group.
