Plate 1b: TC state 3 (following second repair) close to very large margins and well tied on 1841 (2 Sept.) wrapper to Warwick by a fine strike of the Studley Maltese Cross, the reverse with a fine strike of straight-line "studley" (on the small flap) in a watery black ink and Broomsgrove c.d.s.; there are two vertical folding creases well away from the adhesive.
