Plate 1b: PB-TC block of ten on 1841 (7 July) long wrapper to Sheffield tied by black Maltese Cross, generally good to large margins all round, just cut into on right side of PC and QC whilst RC has a small piece of the right margin missing. This interesting block contains stamps of state 2 (PB, PC, QB and RC), state 3 (QC, RB, SB, SC and TC) and state 4 (TB). The wrapper with some folding creases with one running through RB-RC. A dramatic block showing the later repairs. R.P.S. Certificate (2022)
