IJ, margins just touching to large on 1840 (8 Sept.) entire to Campden and redirected to Newcastle upon Tyne, the Penny black is tied by red and black Maltese Cross with "T.P./Charles St West" in blue, fine campden c.d.s. and manuscript "to pay 1" in black ink, two London despatch datestamps on the reverse.
