A14 (forme 1, later replaced) 1840 (14 June) to Newcastle, very fine used with a light strike of red Maltese Cross with Market Drayton despatch at lower left, redirected to Wolverhampton bearing a superb strike of Newcastle Under Lyne c.d.s. and a faint manuscript rate mark for the redirection; clean and fine.
