(x) Delhi Durbar 1903, silver, unnamed as issued, some minor scratches to obverse, light toning, very fine

This Delhi Durbar 1903 Medal is much scarcer than its 1911 successor. Issued during the celebrations of the new Emperor of India at the Delhi Durbar, only 140 gold medals and 2,567 silver medals were issued to various dignitaries, government officials and members of the armed forces. Only 234 members of the British Army received the medal.
