1881 (10 June) red band envelope from Tientsin to Peking, showing on reverse two strikes of "Hwa Yang Letter Office" framed Horse and Dragon motif d.s. in red at Tientsin on 5th Month, 10th day" (10.6.1881) and at Peking for the day after, envelope has usual minor faults and opened out for display, still quite fresh and very rare handstamp of this postal service.
